This project was taken over on behalf of another contractor who did not comply with code regulations and wasn’t able to perform the construction works to the National building code requirements.
Upon taking over the project, Seko had to re-adjust all the exterior framing and cladding to meet code and safety requirements, additional testing on the foundation was required to ensure proper installation was completed.
Scope included: Re-engineer the structural components of the building (including Exterior framing).
Re-align the structural columns to meet code requirements, interior framing and drywall, install door and hardware, cladding, roofing, flooring and painting.
