The project involved designing, constructing and shipping five ready-to-move homes. The homes consist of two 1,144 square foot three-bedroom units, one 1,320 square foot four-bedroom unit, and two 1,320 square foot three-bedroom units with attached suites. Each unit was constructed using a lightweight non-combustible shell, ensuring durability and longevity. The homes come complete with all appliances, HVAC, and electrical systems, as well as finished interiors.
