New 20,000SF manufacturing facility in Gloucester Industrial Park, Langley B.C. This design-build project features a pre-engineered steel frame with insulated metal panels and flat roof designed to resemble surrounding concrete tilt-up facilities. The warehouse is void of any interior columns and features (4) 10-15 ton overhead cranes and multiple 2 ton jib cranes all working off the pre-engineered steel frame.
