This project involved tenant improvements for an orthodontic office. After purchasing the building, the client chose to use the upstairs space for their practice while demolishing and renovating the downstairs unit for future tenants. Seko served as the design/build general contractor for the entire project.
The scope of work included all divisions, encompassing hazardous material removal, electrical and plumbing system upgrades, interior finishes, custom cabinetry, and ADA compliance modifications. These comprehensive improvements ensured the office met the highest standards of functionality, safety, and aesthetics for both the orthodontic practice and future tenants.
