As part of the CMHC Rapid Housing Initiative, Seko was selected to deliver 74 ready-to-move (RTM) homes for families of the Tataskweyak Cree Nation. This large-scale housing project includes the design and construction of various RTM units, each installed on preinstalled pile foundations to ensure long-term stability and efficiency.
