A new RV dealership with a total floor area of approximately 38,000 SF. The facility includes 9 RV bays, 4 truck service bays, 3 wash bays, showroom, retail area, parts warehouse and administrative areas. Main structure is pre-engineered steel with a conventional steel mezzanine and masonry incorporated into certain areas.
